The Manchester CT Lions Club donated 8 boxes of gently used glasses at the Sat. 2/24 Lions Club Governor’s District Breakfast. Thank you to all who donated glasses in Manchester, CT!

Visit our website to see where you can donate your used glasses: https://www.manchesterlionsclub.org/where-can-i-donate-used-glasses-and-hearing-aids

WHY SHOULD YOU DONATE USED GLASSES AND HEARING AIDS?

Throughout the year, we collect used eyeglasses (hearing aids will be donated to a different location) and deliver them to regional Lions Eyeglass Recycling Centers (LERCs). These volunteers will give the glasses new life by cleaning, sorting by prescription strength, and then package the glasses. Recycled glasses are then distributed to people in need in low and middle income communities where they will have the greatest impact.

Thank you to everyone who printed coupons and redeemed them between Sun. 2/11- Sat. 2/17, our fundraiser week has ended, and we appreciate your participation.
